We are Goodie, a living, unpasteurised gut drink fermented slowly in Vilnius. We started from a simple conviction: most of what you look for on the outside already lives deep inside you. Look after that inner world, and a lot follows.
In 2021, two friends in Vilnius kept circling the same frustration. Modern life is loud, fast and processed, and the gut quietly pays for it. The living, fermented foods their grandparents took for granted had been pasteurised, shelf-stabilised and stripped of the very thing that made them worth eating. So they set out to make the drink they could not find anywhere else: genuinely alive, properly diverse, and never rushed.

We are not a lab-coat brand and we are not trying to sound like one. We are two people who became slightly obsessed with one question: how do you get living cultures to your door still alive? Everything Goodie does, the two-week ferment, the cold chain, the testing, comes back to answering that honestly. Thank you for trusting us with your inner world.
Mykolas & Dominykas, VilniusMost "live" drinks are heated at the end, which is convenient for shelf life and fatal for the cultures. We refuse that step. Here is the whole process, with nothing skipped.
Whole Baltic berries, six ancient grains and spring water go in to feed the cultures, not to sweeten the drink.
Held at 36 to 37°C and never allowed above 40°C, so the cultures stay alive and metabolically intact.
No pasteurisation, no heat-kill step. The drink is bottled cold so the cultures survive.
Microbiological and chemical checks on each batch, with metagenomic sequencing via Eurofins, in a BRCGS AA+ facility.
Shipped cold from our facility in Lithuania across the UK and EU. Sealed bottles are shelf-stable, refrigerate after opening.
